Isikajia grew up in an appartment as little big sister and best friend of our Shiba Oki. She is the Queen of the kennel, spoiled as few and loves lying in bed equally much as running with the team. Don’t get fooled by this sofa husky – Isikajia has started two races, the 2014 and 15 Iditarod, and finished both easily.
Isikajia is named after an Island Yvonne visited just off Liverpool land north of Scoresby Sund in Northeast Greenland that emerged after a glacier retreated. Isikajia’s coat has the same colors as the rocks and mountains on the island.
