Lazy (dog) days of Summer

  |   Everyday life   |   No comment

Summer is here and the dogs are relaxing in the sun or free running. “Bone-sicles” are very popular during these warm days, they are fun to chew, in addition to being a great toothbrush. Above is Dawson enjoying his frozen goodie

Below some more chewing-impressions of Krutt, Healy (who prefers to chew his bone underneath his house), Koyuk and Prelude

Lazy, warm days for the dogs mean summer tasks for us – the dog houses need to be painted.

Whenever the temperatures allow it we’re still out running early mornings. There is just no better way to start the day!

There’s been a lot of wildlife passing through tempted by the green grass around the dogyard – we’ve had several moose, reindeer and deers. This guy stayed with us for a couple of days.
