Oosik is a term used in Native Alaska to describe the baculum of walruses, seals, sea lions, and polar bears. Bacula are often polished and carved or used as handle for knives and other tools.

As an ivory colored male puppy (amongst agouti/brown white siblings) he just had to be called Oosik. Oosik is out of Miras first litter, with Kasper.
